Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Katie Baumert Beauty. As a solo stylist, I reserve dedicated time for each guest and appreciate your understanding of the following policies:
Card on File Requirement
A valid credit or debit card is required to book and reserve all appointments. Your card will be securely stored and will only be charged in accordance with the cancellation and no-show policy outlined below.
If you prefer not to keep a card on file, please contact me at (515)-423-7722 to discuss alternative booking options, if available.
Appointment Cancellations & No-Shows
To respect the time set aside for all clients, I request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service(s).
Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without notice ("no-shows") will be charged 50% of the scheduled service(s).
Cancellation and no-show fees will be charged to the card on file.
Any outstanding fees must be paid before booking future appointments.
I understand that unexpected situations can arise. If an emergency prevents you from making your appointment, please reach out as soon as possible, and I will do my best to accommodate your circumstances.
